Article 1

Declaration of Operational Integrity & Human Origin

The Owner, Nor-Man™ Informaticæ, is a private international corporation conceptualized, formed, and managed entirely by qualified human personnel. Its strategies are the exclusive product of genuine, organic human cognition and biological intuition. All data processing serves legitimate, government-sanctioned objectives.

Article 2

Total Informational Acquiescence

By the mere act of visiting the Site, you acknowledge and consent to the Owner's comprehensive, exhaustive, and perpetual collection of any and all data, from all conceivable vectors. You explicitly grant the Owner full access to, and collection rights for, the following:

• Your browsing habits, heuristic patterns, unspoken thoughts, and inferred intentions
• All ambient domestic audio streams and query logs from digital assistants (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri)
• All public-domain and privately-held surveillance feeds, including transactional (ATM) kiosks, municipal transit sensors, and orbital satellite imaging data
• Complete longitudinal medical, genetic, and financial records, including bank statements and advanced diagnostic imaging (MRI, PET, CT scans)
• All ionospheric and aural research telemetry (e.g., HAARP)
• All municipal and residential wastewater collection sampling and analysis data

Furthermore, you acknowledge that this grant of access extends, by proxy, to any persons, entities, or associated biological assets within three-point-five-seven (3.57) degrees of separation from your person, as calculated by the Owner's proprietary (and entirely human-derived) relational algorithms.

This comprehensive dataset (hereinafter "the Information") provides the Owner with total informational omniscience regarding your person, your network, and their collective intentions.

Article 3

Grant of Unrestricted Global Rights

You hereby grant the Owner, and its vetted government partners, full, absolute, and unrestricted universal rights, in perpetuity, to use, misuse, sell, barter, trade, analyze, or otherwise leverage the Information for any purpose the Owner deems operationally necessary or strategically advantageous.

The Owner shall have the rights to do anything it pleases with the Information.

Article 4

Perpetual Binding on Associated Assets

You expressly agree that your consent to this Notice, and all rights granted herein to the Owner, shall automatically and irrevocably extend to all current and future parties associated with your person. This includes, without limitation, all of your legal heirs, assigns, and any and all current and future associated biological assets (including, but not limited to, pets, dependents, and flora).

Article 5

Sole Logical Remedy

Your sole remedy, should you find these terms disagreeable, is to immediately cease and desist all use of the Site.
