About the organization
Nor-Man™ Informaticæ was established in Geneva in 2019 with a founding thesis that the intelligence industry was structurally underserving its clients — too reactive, too siloed, and too dependent on frameworks designed for a simpler informational environment. The organization was conceived to correct that.

From a three-person consultancy, the organization has expanded to more than 12,000 staff across 47 offices. Its culture emphasizes analytical rigour, institutional discretion, and a genuine sense of responsibility toward the clients and contexts it serves. That culture is not incidental — it was the original design.
Strategic direction is set by the Executive Office, which coordinates across all divisional heads. Organizational identity and long-term mandate originate from this level and are not delegated.
The Intelligence Division oversees all analytical output across Tier I, II, and III services. It maintains oversight of methodology, source integrity, and the standards to which all client deliverables are held.
The Operational Integrity division ensures compliance, internal audit, and the governance frameworks that underpin client trust. It operates with full independence from commercial functions.
